ACT Director Eric Burchell has just returned from Singapore after working with the Special Operations Command k-9 Unit of the Singapore Police department consulting on a vapour detection demonstration in conjuction with Mechem of South Africa.

The two week engagement was to provide instruction to personnel using the departments own dogs and to give the management an insight to this highly efficiant system.

Mechem provided it's own staff to instruct and to demonstrate both in theory and in practice. A presentation on the uses and the practical application were very well received.
