After working in business management since graduating with a business degree from the University of Ulster, Christopher has been self-employed running his own kennels and cattery since 1998.

A background of competing in Irish Gundog competition at the highest level provided the necessary knowledge of the top bloodlines to establish a detection dog breeding program.

Canine Milestones

1998 - Purchased Brookvale boarding Kennels

2004 - Started to train detector dogs after being approved to hold training aids

2005 - Formed ACT Detection Dogs with Eric Burchell.

2005 - In conjunction with the Federation Against Copyright Theft was involved in the pilot study to train two Labradors to find dvd's. These dogs were bred by Christopher and sold to FACT fully trained and certified.

2006 - Bred, trained and supplied the first certified fire dog to Italy.
